BBM & Email Not Working

I have recently topped up my phone to get the email and internet booster but it still won't work and I don't know what to do, I've rebooted it so many times and deleted bbm and reinstalled it again but I'm still getting the same problem.

Need Help I'm starting to get annoyed now

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

Your internet data plan must be BlackBerry specific, not a generic plan, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as additional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.

So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.
