Blackberry 9300 - Host Routing Table

Okay so recently I had both my blackberry device and battery replaced and while the blackberry was being replaced I used an older phone but still allowed the o2 £5.00 blackberry bolt on continue to save me the trouble of phoning up to get the bolt on set up again.

I waited 24 hours after topping my phone up before phoning o2 to inform them of this problem. These are the fixes suggested but to no avail:

1. Go to options, device, advanced system settings, host routing table, (empty), click the blackberry options button and select register now. Registration message sent yet I failed to receive a message.

2. Delete service books, nothing changed.

3. Go to networks and select manual, another network, battery pull, select networks, automatic, and try registering again.

I was then told after 5 telephone calls that there must be a fault with my device and I should bring it to an o2 store. Any suggestions would be a great help.

Okay, since there must be a reason why no one has replied I'll upload a diagnostic of what I think might be helpful:
Signal Level: -70 dBm
Radio Access: UMTS
Network: O2 - UK
ICMP Ping Echo: No
Blackberry Registration: No
Connected to Blackberry: Abort
Blackberry PIN-PIN: Abort

Re: Blackberry 9300 - Host Routing Table

Hello,

Actually, given what you describe, you've already done all that the end user can do...O2 must now look deeper, and they've provided you a path to resolution, which I believe you should follow.

Good luck!
