1) Your specific device model (9630).
2) Your specific device OS level (all 4 octets)
3) Your carrier
4) Your PC/Mac OS
5) Your DTM version (again, 4 octets)
6) Exactly what you are attempting...to tether via USB? Via BT? For running DTM? For using your BB as a modem for your PC? And, whenever you attempt whatever it is, exactly what you see happen. "WILL NOT tether" doesn't really say much...we only have your words to go on...so details help. A lot.

I have spent hours trying to figure out how to use my tour as a modem for my laptop. I connect via a wireless modem for cable internet.
I can attach my phone as a device, but I cant add the device under the "add device" in blackberry settings. I tested transfer - I can transfer a pic from my laptop to my phone, but not vice versa.
I tried using the desktop manager to connect to set up a isp connection - but walls every time.
I will provide whatever further information you need - if someone could please help me.... 
I have an everything data unlimited plan and I have no option to add PAM as an add on to my sprint mobile phone account. I have tried the pan, but no luck.
