I recently moved to Hong Kong and have a blackberry tour from the US. I unlocked it before I left and purchased a prepaid sim card when i got here that works fine. I went to two mobile operators today (1010 & PCCW) to purchase a contract so I could have a data plan. They tested a sim card with a data plan in my phone and the date service did not work. my phone could not connect to the blackberry server. they are not sure what the problem is.
Does anyone know what the problem is? Is this something that can be fixed? Do i have to change settings on my phone?
