Hi, I just changed my data plan on Sasktel in Canada to unlimited yesterday and today I noticed that I do not have a browser any more. The browser is listed in the application list but it's not on my phone.
Steps I've tried:
1. Battery pulls
2. Showing all hidden icons (it's not there)
3. resending service books
4. I ran a diagnostic under the mobile network options screen and it said "connected to blackberry: no"
What else can I try, I called my service provider and they were no help.

Welcome to the forums.
Just wondering if you are still having issues with your BlackBerry® Browser? You can try clearing your Service Book database then resend the Service Books and test again.
