I was very fortunate to get given a BlackBerry Storm 9500 the other day, but I have been trying for the past few days to get internet and BlackBerry messenger working with absolutely zero results.
Is there anyone out there that can give me the simple way of getting these back please?
I've looked through most of the community posts and have tried doing the things that have been suggested but still nothing.
Before I throw the phone against the wall could some one please help me resolve this problem so my kids can contact me on BBM again.

If you haven't already, I recommend contacting your mobile network provider to verify that your data plan supports BBM and internet browsing.
