OK... By on BES I assume you are part of an Enterprise system and that you have email or BB administrators maintaining that environment. It's not clear from your post what the case is. If you're useing the Tour as a personal device and not connected to your organization's system, simply setting this up on your personal MAC won't do it (unless you've configured desktop re-direction correctly).
