Content Protected on my blackberry tour 9630

I was given a blackberry tour 9630 (sprint) as a gift and its working fine but now i need to Instal Whatsapp on it through the pc suit and every time i do it it tell me there's content protection on my device, i have read a million article and disable all form of protection but its still telling me the same things, the only thing i can point out is when i go to my phone option-security option I do not see anything as content protection so i go to encryption and i disable it but still nothing working on having the Whatsapp installed can anyone help with advice on what to do, less i forget i have done a factory restore as well and still nothing done.
