I just had to do a hard reset on my Blackberry Tour (9630) and I use a Microsoft Exchange Server to deliver my e-mail to my device. Now, whenever I try to view an older e-mails on the device I can't view the whole text of the message and the device says "More Available". I've checked the "Auto More" setting and it's toggled to yes, so that's not the problem. Still I get this message. Has anyone else encountered this problem or know how to fix it?

Hard reset = powered on battery pull reboot.

Is that what you did?

That shouldn't have affected anything you speak of. When you see the 'more available', and continue to scroll down, does the 'more' come along?

Sorry came from a Treo where hard reset was the term .  We did a full wipe of the handheld to try to fix some other problems (which it did) and now this one has popped up.
