Can you login OK from the emails website? (gmail, yahoo, etc) Don't forget, you have to use the alt key if your password has a number in it! What email service are you trying to use?
I can login just fine with my email's site. I am just trying to add my gmail acct to my BB and when I go to email setup it is not taking my BIS user name and password.
from your phone, go to: mobile.blackberry.com On that page, Scroll to Communicate, click on Email, Click on Integrate now under gmail and follow the prompts.
