Recently completed an enterprise activation. No email icon was created. However, I do receive email but can only view my enterprise email by going to one of my internet based email accounts and select the BB menu > options > view folder and then select my enterprise mailbox > Inbox.
I checked with my carriers BB support team and they had no suggestions. I have completed the enterprise activation several times and I have resent the service books and still no icon.
Any ideas?

Hello,
Enterprise activation does not create a separate icon on your BlackBerry smartphone. The messages from your corporate email will arrive on the BlackBerry smartphone and go to the messages icon. If you are not able to find the messages icon on your BlackBerry smartphone press the menu key at the home screen from the menu select show all and locate the messages icon. Then highlight the icon and press the menu key again and uncheck hide.

Sorry but I tried the above even without an enterprise server email. I simply added an earthlink email (which IS supposed to create a new icon) profile to my blackberry tour 9630 on sprint. No seperate icon appeared even though i do get the emails in the general messages icon. I tried the above menu instructions and no luck.
