Ghost message

My phone says that I have one message when there is nothing there. I have checked all mail and text boxes , nothing. Any ideas?

the same thing happened to me about a week ago, i went to my SMS text mailbox and deleted all the old messages which were a lot and the envelope went away

FYI in the future , here is another thing to do when that happens...


Go to your message icon > press BlackBerry button > View folders > Then go through each folder - deleting items.
