How to disconnect Bluetooth headset from blackberry curve 9350

Hi all,

 

My problem is disconnecting my BlueAnt Bluetooth from my blackberry 9330 and connecting the Bluetooth to my blackberry 9350 HELP! However, I can't connect it to my 9350 which is my new phone because of the data that has been programmed into it from the 9330. PLEASE can anyone assist me with this matter. Thank You -  YIKES!

Hi sirmark,

 

Welcome to the Support Community!

Please try deleting any saved pairing that was transferred your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9350 smartphone from your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9330 smartphone. You can do this in Options > Networks and Connections > Bluetooth® Connections. You can highlight the headset in the Paired Devices list, press the menu and choose Delete Device.

Once it has been deleted, please try to pair again.
