So I just got the Tour through Sprint today and I did the "Device Switch Wizard" through DM. Everything went ok up until I realized that my old email from my Alltel Pearl was on the Tour. I know that the Alltel email account wouldn't work on the Sprint network and I was going to setup a new email for the tour with a new address. Well the dilemma is that now I have TWO BB email accounts. One for Alltel and one for Sprint. I've been trying ALL NIGHT to get the Alltel account off the phone and have just the one Sprint account. The other problem I'm having is that I know you can setup how the email name appears on a BB and I was going to put my name. Well everytime I change it and save it...it never stays. I'm thinking it could be the system but I could be wrong. Any ideas out there of what could be causing me this ever so slight headache??

1. Options > Advanced > Service Books.
Delete your old Alltel email account, you should see it listed twice, [cical] and [cimime].
2. At your BIS account login, you can edit and set your default email name.

I am ramdomly receiving e-mail messages after using the device switch wizard. I have 3 different e-mails set up thru outlook. Any idea how to repair?
