My Carrier: Verizon Wireless

My BB Tour is frozen.

It is so bad I cannot shut off my phone. It began after downloading a new theme. I have taken the battery and done hard boot several times. When phone comes back on "Application Permissions-Allow/Deny boxes" screen come up and nothing else happens.

I cannot even use Desktop Manager because phone won't sync. If it did I thought I could remove apps as one of them may be the problem. Or wipe phone clean and restore data from backup.

 

Please help me!!!!    Thank you.

Remove the battery.  Then insert the battery while holding the back key (right of the trackball) while the device starts up.  When you see the boot screen you can release the button.  That should boot the device in safe mode.  If it boots up, remove that theme.
