My Memory Card gets errors everytime I sync or reboot

Hello,

I have a Tour, Us Cellular, a Mac, and the most current version of Desktop Manager for mac. Everytime I try to sync with my phone it can't finish the sync (usually stops at music) and then I get a message that says I have disconnected it without ejecting it. I can repair it in Disk Utility but I can't, don't want to, everytime. Also it doesn't allow me to fully sync each time. Also when I reboot my phone it does the same thing.

 

*My only though is that there is too much on the Sd card - Options - Memory says I have 477.9 used and 128.1 used

*In DM it says I have no free space left
