I have the tour 9500. I did a battery pull to reboot the device. waited ten minutes, then put the battery back in. First the red light is on for a few moments, then an hour glass is spining. the blackberry loading screen shows, the progress bar doesn't make it very far before there is a white screen that flashes and then the device reboots. its done this over and over and over. i've let it sit for awhile doing this, and i've also pulled the battery for a 2 hour period and tried again. same thing happens. the white screen that flashes says:

Device Error 370
Failed Task: Flash
Some text lines overlap the ones above them.
i have the exact same problem
this my 2nd week of using my storm...bought it 2nd hand....only thing is that i have never connected it to any pc before today when i tried it doesnt connect although i know the pc IS picking up the storm
please help if possible im at my wits end
