Problem-Ring Tone

Hai,

I am experiencing an problem with BB Tour. The problem is the alarm, ring tone and the music is not working. But other functions like vibrator, the communication is audible, time check etc., everything is correct. Can you please suggest me what to do and how to get rectified. As I have received this phone as a gift I could not ask for the receipt and I do not want to loose it. Hence kindly sugget how to activate the audio?

Perform a hard reset by removing the battery from the BlackBerry smartphone and reinserting it.

If the issue persists, perform a reload or upgrade the BlackBerry Device Software. For more information on this procedure see the following article:
