I accidentally deleted a bunch of old e-mails on my BB, but they are still in my Outlook Inbox.  Is there a way to "push" those e-mails to the BB?  I'm not using the BB Enterprise Server (we just have a web-based mail provider), so I can't use any tools available there. 

Along those lines, what does the "Reconcile Now" option due in the BB mailbox?  I was hoping that would do some kind of manual synch, but it doesn't seem to do anything.  Thanks.

1. From your Outlook, you can email them to yourself. You can't "resync" them. No email on a BlackBerry syncs, it might reconcole on a BES account, neither on a BIS account.

2. "Reconcile Now" on a personal BIS account does nothing, has no function.

Thanks - e-mailing them to myself was my fallback solution, so I guess I'll go with that.
