I backed up my BB and then wiped it. Now I have a white screen that says "Reload Software: 507" message and my BB Desktop Software says it cannot communicate with the connected device. I keep clicking Retry but nothing happens. How do I reboot the BB so that I can restore the data?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your BlackBerry® Tour™ 9630 smartphone.
Remove the battery from your device and connect it to the BlackBerry® Desktop Software. If you are using a laptop ensure you are connected to a power source to ensure the USB ports maintain proper power output.
Once connected follow the steps in KB11320 "How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software for Windows" and reinsert the battery when you see the step "Waiting for Device Initialization".
