Toggling from one caller to another does not change the caller id info on the screen.
If you have access to 2 phones this is easy to replicate -- there are MULTIPLE problems here but they all basically relate to having two calls and switching between them
Scenario 1
Person A calls you (caller id info displayed correctly for person a)
Hit the green phone button and answer – now you’re talking to person A (caller id displayed is correct)
Person B calls you (caller id info displayed correctly for person b)
Hit the green phone button and answer – now you’re talking to person B (caller id displayed is correct for person b)
Hit the green phone button again (or menu + flash) and now you’re talking to Person A (caller id displayed is still Person B)
Scenario 2
Person A calls you (caller id info displayed correctly)
Hit the green phone button and answer – now you’re talking to person A (caller id displayed is correct)
Person B calls you (caller id info displayed correctly)
Hit the green phone button and answer – now you’re talking to person B (caller id displayed is correct)
Hit the red phone button and hang up –
A few seconds later your phone rings with UNKNOWN caller id
Hit the green phone button and answer and now you’re talking to Person A (caller id displayed is still UNKNOWN)
