Tour 9630 Locking Up

I've had a problem with my Tour locking up when multiple email messages are in the cue. I see a small black clock box on the screen and all functions are disabled. This always happens after being shut down during plane rides and occurs sporadically through out the day. Any fix ideas??

You may be experiencing these issues as a result of low device memory.
