Tour and Outlooks Webmail

I'm trying to set up my new tour with access to my outlook webmail account that runs off of an exchange server. However, it runs into an error every time and is unable to process the account. Has anyone succsefully set up something similar that has any advice?

You mean Outlook Web Access (OWA)? Yes, I have done so...but it was tricky, indeed requiring me to use my carriers BIS website interface rather than the interface on my BB. Here are the instructions:
