my bb tour give me a screen with reload software 552 after trying to download an app. i guess I've got a virus now, checked the carreir and they don't have a fix for it.  so i'm stuck with a phone that does not work!!

Hi there!

552 is not a virus. See this KB:

  • KB18751 Error "App Error 552" is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone

Good luck!
