Unknown Message Icon

Hello,  I received a message icon on my Tour the other day and I haven't been able to find out what it is.  The symbol is a circle with an arrow inside pointing to the bottom left and it has the new message asterisk next to it.  Any help would be great, thanks!

You have a update to an application your purchased or downloaded from AppWorld. Look there in MyWorld,

and as well, clear or delete the corresponding message in your messages list on your device.
