My LED is no longer blinking at all.  No notifications for anything.  Help!  I hate having the tone go off all the time.

Have you tried looking under OPTIONS, SCREEN/KEYBOARD?

Yes.  It says LED Coverage Indicator "On".

I'v also check in my profiles and it is set to "On" as well.

Does the light work when you are charging it?

Yes.  It's plugged in now charging and it's flashing green

Hmmm is it out of bedside mode?

Did you install any other software like BB light?

It's not in bedside mode.  The only thing I have installed lately is another upgrade to BBmessenger

In the Tour's Sounds and Profiles options (having a Storm,  I don't know if the Tour calls it the same, for the Storm is Select a Sound Profile) have you set a profile which is turning off LED Notification?

Unless vastly different the screen/keyboard LED setting is for coverage only and not for Notification of messages or calls.

I don't generally bother with what the LED settings are, for as a general rule I have my Storm holstered which makes an LED setting problematic anyway.

As I have custom profiles for calls and messages, when the phone is on my desk the LED operates as designed.

I just received 6 of these phones. I have activated 2 of them. One of them it works fine and the other the RED LED works only if you you do the "TRY IT". Both phones are setup the exact same way.
