A client of mine us bought a new EVO with Sprint. with Visual Voicemail. She needed to forward a voicemail to my Tour. I could not recieve it! Sprint says Visual VM won't communicate with the regular Sprint VM system. What's up with that??? She is angry and her company is thjinking of leaving Sprint over it. Her boss just got the new Curve 3G with visual VM and lost a bunch of important VM messages No one at the Sprint Store told him the 2 VM systems were on different computers. All the VM messages from is old phone were automatically deleted when he changed phones. Any ideas?
