Sorry for the challenge I have been.

OK, well like I said above, the 9630 can be a real challenge to setup on Tmobile, as the 9630 is a CDMA (Verizon or Sprint) device with GSM network (tmobile) bands. I've seen it before and it should work.

Interesting thing is that all of December & January I had it working just fine. I paid my bill the day it shut off on Jan 28th and it was back to sqaure one, not working. Anymore suggestions. Like I said before, a guy named Jake at Blackberry was able to get me back on the email after working with me for over an hour. I did not write anything down except that Tmobile did not have bundle 110 on my phone and it should have. He took care of that. .

Why don't you call Tmobile back and make sure that's still there?

I said it to the 3 I spoke with and they all did not know what I was talking about. They are not blackberry experts they say and they do not support sprint phones on tmobile. It is unlocked. I can not figure out how to actually talk to blackberry people. I suppose you have to have an account, but can not even find that out, or not as of yet.

Ask your Tmobile customer service rep to escalate this issue to RIM level tech support.

Took some convincing, but they finally spoke with one of the techs that would speack with a rim person. What happened is that when I did not pay my bill before they shut it off, it erased the email account from t-mobile. Once I reset up the email on tmobile.com, it worked. Thanks again for your persistance and suggestions. Yeah!!! YOUR TIME WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED! Blessings on your day, b
