Wipe Clean and re-load OS

I'm using Verizon for a carrier. How can I wipe the Tour clean and reload the OS so I have it just like it was out of the box?

Select in this order:

 

OPTIONS

SECURITY OPTIONS

GENERAL SETTINGS

 

From within GENERAL SETTINGS, DO NOT change anything, but press the Blackberry key (multiple 'dots').

 

Select WIPE HANDHELD and follow the prompts.

 

MAKE CERTAIN that you have first backed up using the DESKTOP MANAGER, so you can restore if you need or wish to.

Sorry, that does nothing but delete and erase your personal information, contacts, calendar, preferences, etc. It changes nothing with the OS, at all.
