Anyone been successful with Auto Update of Supra's eKey Pro software?
I have a VZW Tour 9630 and the ekey updates codes to allow lockbox access, but I get an error message "No Batch File Generated". I can manually update Listings for my Market Area - although Supra support says keep listings to under 2,000? (BB is just a phone and can't handle the full 5500?)
This is what Supra is telling me...
"The 9B00 error is a separate issue, I believe. We have been having this problem intermittantly with the BlackBerries. All of the other ekey devices communicate directly with us. However the Blackberries first go through RIM (Research In Motion). There appears to be an issue there that sometimes causes this issue. We are looking further into it."

Appears Supra has resolved this issue... Thank goodness.

FYI...
Just a note that OS 7.1 and eKey Pro are not compatible. Supra is working on this and they say that release 4.5.26 or later will be compatible with OS 7.1
