eTrade App on the BB Tour

I got pretty excited when I found out that I could track my eTrade transactions on my new BB tour, but for whatever reason every time I download the software from eTrade and install it, the application gets hung up in "launching application".  I did let it sit for over 20 minutes while it was "launching" just to ensure it had plenty of time.

 

Any thoughts on how to make it go?  Perhaps I need to make some configuration changes?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

happened to me also! Can't remember exact fix, but e-trade tech support will guide you through it.  has something to do with removing battery and re-booting BB Tour.  E-trade was great. pete (rkc)

That worked.  I had rebooted several times, but it looks like removing the battery did it.
