I am new here i am having problem with my blackberry. I am using Blackberry Tour 9630 in India. I am unable to use any app from the app world I tried alot of application llike whatapp etc but getting the which says some thing related to inside and outside the firewalls. This is not happening only with the app. even when I am trying to read any document in msword. excle etc at that time also i m getting the same error message.
The proper message is as follow
"The application WordtoGo47 has attempted to open a connection toa location insite the firewall and outsite the firewall which is not alloed by your IT policy."
Please help me to update this so i can use my bb without any problem.
