media export to desktop mounted Tour?

While eagerly awaiting the mac desktop app coming in sept, I'm drag/dropping my media via USB connection into the mounted BB on my laptop desktop.  Pretty low-octane solution, but it works without any wacky 3rd party software (tried to install pocketmac 4 times but the app would never launch).

iTunes -- can't export playlists directly.  Considering BB media sync preview... anyone work with it?  thumbs up/down?  I can successfully go into my main harddrive and just drag/drop mp3s, but doing it with playlists would be ideal.

iPhoto --  has an export function, but I wasn't able to export an album from iphoto directly into the mounted BB.  Again, I can drag/drop... anyone have a work around?  Or is there a limit to how many you can export at once?

Movies -- same thing... drag/drop no prob, but can you do it from the BB media sync preview or is that just for mp3s?

thanks!
