need help to reinstall OS

Could anyone please help me, how to re install the OS over the existing same version OS to BB Tour, I have verizon SProvider

on the Application loader, the BlackBerry System is Grayed out, it doesn't let me choose it to reload. Please help

Hiii there if i may ask,does your Tour (verizon) supports the Forwarding calls and the Calls waiting? u will find these options in the Call logs-options- then you will find these 2 options, please let me know if so,because mine is verizon and doesnt support these features :smileysad: am thinking to take it back and get a the new curve 8520!
