Ok so I need to go back to my old blackberry curve 9300 for a week while I'm on holiday. It is on pay as you go and I've topped up £10 so I've had a text from o2 saying calltime loaded and what my balance is but the text saying that they're going to take off £5 for bbm has not come through or anything? What do I do?
Hopefully you already resolved this, but just in case. The thing to do is ring up O2...only they can look "behind the scenes" at their systems to find out what is going on with the services they deliver to you.
