unable to connect my BIS services on tour 9630

hey hi.....

    i am using a tour 9630 version model.....with airtel carrier.....

    i am not able to connect to my BIS services from past 3 days even thou my BIS plan is activated....

    i have tried all the procedures...but ders no effect even aftr wiping also....

    can someone help me with my problem....asap..

Welcome to the forums. 

 

Try doing a register now as shown in this article. 

 

"Device is not registered" on the BlackBerry smartphone
