Hello,

I just wondered if anybody had tried the certification yet? also is it available in the UK?

I currently work in the IT support desk environment and although I don't currently support BlackBerry devices I can really see the advantages of mobile devices in the work place. Which would be the best entry level exam to take?

I took exam BCP-410 and passed. The exam is broad and covers the BES in depth. If you plan on taking the exam make sure to read the BES installation guide. Familiarize yourself with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Can somebody help me with some info ?

I would like to know which is the order of technical tranings (troubleshoting and support for Blackberry server) for a person to become BES  Adm(with certification ) . Please note that he haves only 6 months experince  BES with Lotus Domino . Thanks in advance for  your responses.
