BlackBerry® Training and Certification

Hi All, I'm keen to take the BCP-210 Exam (no BES at my Company so 211+ would have to be further down the track for me no matter what).

What can I do to make sure I'm as prepared as I can be without taking any training classes? I've been using Blackberry devices for about three years now. I've Downloaded the BIS user's manual, is there any other literature that I can access on the BTSC or elsewhere that will help make sure I'm full bottle before taking the exam?

Any suggestions are appreciated, of course bearing in mind I don't want to jeapardise my certification or anyone else's so only legitimate sources of Info please.
