Hi Everyone,
I am so frustrated with my new (almost 70 days) Blackberry Bold 9930.
Shortly after charging the Battery, my Blackberry Bold 9930 went to a coma thats yet to wake up.
I had contacted my service provider and have no result, try to call RIM, it was none ending message from one prompt to another.
I was reading on sites Like Crackberry and a few others and all say that the Spokeperson for RIM is
aknowledge the issue as a software issue and they are trying to have it solved!
My question is how long would that takes and who is responsible for the damage coused by this issue to all Blackberry users.
For the time beeing we have to purchase a new operating device and thats costly.
No wonder a lots of Blackberry users are moving to other alternatives.
Please advise
Tony

This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the EULA and message upon registration.
Verizon is aware of this issue with the 9930, and you need to call them back again and remind them.
You also should ask them to escalate the call to RIM level tech support and they will verify.
Good luck, sorry for your issues, but again, like stated above, "we" are not RIM.
