Can someone clarify the differences in these programs? For example, is the BBB -r backing up the same config data that BBDB does? Does the BBB -b backup everything, including what BBDB would backup?
What should I use on a regular (e.g., monthly) basis to backup as a 'Best Practice'?
I looked over the BB site, but can't seem to find more documentation about these, and their recommended usage.
Also, I checked two of my customers. They had the BBB, but not the BBDB. Where can I download the BlackBerryDBBAckup?
