Re: Blackberry Web Service email profile, activation password, user deletion

What data type/structure is returned by this call:

createUserEmailProfilesRequest.NewUserEmailProfiles

Please just one person posting/asking questions at a time, and if posting code please remove all commented/unused lines to simplify.

Re: Blackberry Web Service email profile, activation password, user deletion

[System.Xml.Serialization.XmlElementAttribute("newUserEmailProfiles", IsNullable=true)]
    public NewUserEmailProfile[] newUserEmailProfiles {
        get {
            return this.newUserEmailProfilesField;
        }
        set {
            this.newUserEmailProfilesField = value;
        }
    }

privateNewUserEmailProfile[] newUserEmailProfilesField;

Thats reference I get from BWSService.cs for newUserEmailProfiles

Re: Blackberry Web Service email profile, activation password, user deletion

    List<NewUserEmailProfile> newUserEmailProfiles = new List<NewUserEmailProfile>();
            newUserEmailProfiles.Add(newUserEmailProfile);

 I have created List, and I want to add newUserEMailProfiles[0] to the request (createUserRequest) so that I can get those attributes attached to the request.and after that I want to do below

CreateUserEmailProfilesResponse createUsersResponse = bwsService.createUserEmailProfiles(createUserEmailProfilesRequest);

Re: Blackberry Web Service email profile, activation password, user deletion

Converting to a List then back to an Array seems overly complex. Could you use the same logic I posted in the previous thread:

request.newUsers = new NewUser[] { newUser };

except you will need to change for the new data types.

Re: Blackberry Web Service email profile, activation password, user deletion

Thanks Garett.  The email profile is now set.  Getting an issue to generate a password and emailing the random password.  Is there an email template involved?
