Email Profile: Override company directory settings

In the BB10 Console, when setting a user's Email Profile, you have the option to Override company directory settings or not to.

In the code example, it asks you to specify user specific email profile settings.

   CreateUserEmailProfilesRequest request =newCreateUserEmailProfilesRequest();
   request
.setMetadata(metadata);

NewUserEmailProfile newUserEmailProfile =newNewUserEmailProfile();

// "user" was returned from getUsers() API
   newUserEmailProfile
.setUser(user);

// "emailProfile" was returned from getEmailProfiles() API
   newUserEmailProfile
.setEmailProfile(emailProfile);

// user-specific email profile settings
   newUserEmailProfile
.setAccountName(accountName);
   newUserEmailProfile
.setDomain(domainName);
   newUserEmailProfile
.setEmailAddress(emailAddress);
   newUserEmailProfile
.setPassword(password);
   newUserEmailProfile
.setUsername(username);

Is there an option to toggle the Override company directory settings, and allow this information to automatically be populated by Active Directory, just like we do in the BB10 Console?

Re: Email Profile: Override company directory settings

You should only need to override if you do not want to use AD settings. As I understand it the email profile will be taken from AD by default. In a future release there should be a field exposed which will allow the default settings to be overridden.

Re: Email Profile: Override company directory settings

By default it's overriding, but I don't want it to override, so it will get it's info from AD.  So I think it's the other way around.
