Hello,

Here is the code and the response.

GetUserActivationsRequest request = new GetUserActivationsRequest();

GetUserActivationsRequest requestFailed = new GetUserActivationsRequest();
GetUserActivationsSearchCriteria searchCriteria = new GetUserActivationsSearchCriteria();
UserActivationState activationsStat = new UserActivationState();


activationsStat.FAILED = true;
activationsStat.value = "FAILED";


UserActivationState[] activationStateArray = new UserActivationState[1];

activationStateArray[0] = activationsStat;

searchCriteria.overallActivationStates = activationStateArray;



request.searchCriteria = searchCriteria;

GetUserActivationsResponse response = null;

response = bwsService.getUserActivations(request);
