Hi,

I have submitted an app to BlackBerry World on January 10th and its been more than 20 days and still it shows "Pending Approval. 2 Open CRs".

But I have submitted 7 apps for the port-a-thons held in the last 2 weeks, and 3 of those 7 have been already approved ("Up For Sale") and the other 4 are pending approval. I think the port-a-thon's apps are normal (still been 1 week or so since submitting them).

But I'm worried about the app I submitted on 10th (its a Cascades app). And also as for the 3 apps that I said was approved, I only got an email for 1. But all 3 can be searched from the BB World ("Planetera", "NumSys" and "Easy BMI").

Is there any issue with my app? Or is it normal?

same with one of mine - submitted on the 19th . . . already pushed and update out on the 23rd or so - but still open and waiting.

@gpheheise Yeah, and I submitted 9 days before you! They said apps submitted before 11th will definitely get approved by 21st

Did you try contacting the RIM guys? I tried every method (direct contact, Twitter, email, etc) and didn't recieve any reply.

Are they giving up on developers or something?

They haven't given up on us at all, they are just very busy with the BB10 apps.

Hope so... Yeah, they were really friendly and helpful before.

I'm thinking of applying some apps for the $10k commitment and am worried that they won't approve them in time for me to get Build For Blackberry testing.
