I recently registered for the vendor portal and confirmed my e-mail address.
However, when I try to login it says that my account status is disabled.
Is there some step I'm misisng?
It won't let me sign up under that same e-mail address and resetting the password doesn't seem to remedy the problem.
I'd like to be able to publish a Blackberry 10 app soon via this account.

I found the instructions in my spam box shortly after my OP. Satya was able to expedite processing of my ID.

You are receiving this error because your vendor account is now still pending..
use below link and fill the detail documentation which is required.

They will email you the "request for documentation" email again.
They require vendors to submit documentation before they can approve accounts

Hi,
I registered in Vendor portal recently...I got a mail after that , asking some document verfication..I sent a scanned copy of my driving license...
Within a few minutes , i got a mail saying VENDOR APPROVED..Then after a few mins, i got a mail saying VENDOR DENIED and saying ,
"Mailing Address (Line 1) is incomplete/invalid. Update is needed.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter,"
