App not approved

Hi,

I have been trying to get my app approved on the ISV portal but its not happening. I have mailed everyone at the BlackBerry appworld but there is no response. There was a ticket number generated for my issue but no one has yet responded. Can anyone help?

Re: App not approved

Hi raging_bulls,

Do you have the ticket # you were provided when you contacted us?  I can look it up.  Alternatively you can send me the AppID/Name and I can take a look - see where it might be stuck.

There is a large queue right now so generally we're looking at close to 2 weeks for app approvals right now.  We're working through it as quickly as possible.

Re: App not approved

I have an app denied right now (for OS10).

I have asked followup questions to two email addresses provided in the ticket, and also added comment text in the ticket history itself, but I have yet to receive any reply with further details.

Is there anyone else I should try to contact or is it a matter of waiting now?

Hi taylor-tomt,

What is the application name/ID?  More than happy to take a look.

Re: App not approved

Thanks. Do you want the ticket id here in the forum or by PM?

Followup question: how do I use PM?

Re: App not approved

Ticket ID here is fine.

To send a PM, simply click on my name and you'll see a link under 'Contact' for sending a Private message.

Re: App not approved

Ok, so got the same results are the original testing.

We did however try to swipe down from the top bezel as per your notes in the Ticket.  This was successful; so the app isn't frozen, just doesn't register all the sensors properly from what we're seeing.

Re: App not approved

OK, thanks.

I posted another question in the NDK support forum: Does the Dev Alpha and/or Dev Beta actually support the 3-axis gyro at  this time? (no one has replied yet).

Can you send me a screen shot after the initial alert dialog? Post it in the ticket history, or PM?

Also, I looked under 'contact' after selecting your ID, and there was no option to send you a PM. You were offline at the time, is it only active when you're online?
