Hi,
I have post an application to BlackBerry AppWorld more than 1 week ago.
Do you know how long it takes to receive a feedback?
Or is it possible to get contacted to know if an action is required on my side?
It is my first submission and I feel a little bit lost ![]()

Sometimes you have to wait longer, sometimes shorter.
Maximum time is 2 weeks to process the application.
I too sometimes must wait loooooong....![]()

Hi Nico_Pich,
There are a few things you can check to see where your application might be in the review process.
a) If you click on 'Change Request Tickets' in the Vendor Portal, you'll get a list of Tickets you have (open or closed - newest to oldest). The Ticket Status will be a good indication as to where your application is in the overall process. If the Ticket status happens to be 'Waiting on Vendor', you can click the View (magnifying glass) button and check the 'Ticket History' tab. The Review Team will always leave notes in here if we require something from your end. We also email you, but in the rare case an email was missed, the notes should reside here as well.
b) You can email Vendor Support at appworldvendorsupport@blackberry.com to get a status update. The response time is generally 24-48 hours - quicker during the week of course.
These are the two best ways to keep an eye on your application, or if you feel it is taking a bit longer than normal.
As always, any questions, never hesitate to ask any of the RIM staff on the forums or start another thread.

I checked my CR status, and the latest is wainting for vendor since one week.
I received an email one week ago, asking me to provide further details for app review.
What I did directly, and I saved the release as it was asked in mail from Review Team;
But now I see ticket is still Open without comment ans statut BBOS - Waiting on Vendor
When I then click on Chenge Request button (above ticket details), i see 2 lines with both "open" status.
First row is release status "Release Status" - "1.0 Approved", second is "Product Status" - "Up For Sale".
I don't understand if I need to provide more details or if App is simply "pending review".

What is the application name?
I can take a look at the changes, and see if there was something still outstanding or not.
