I sent an update for my app (tooldeTaks Tablet) last week. The app was approved 5 days ago and the right version (1.3.1) shows up on the website (http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/10

Thanks for your response.
No language restriction. Free upgrade, all devices with QNX 2.0.0 selected. I tried to refresh several time. Also I use a server to track the version number of my app and none of my user updated the app so fare.

Yes and If you look at this page (http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/10
I don't think it can takes more than a couple of days to update all the servers so I think that someting is definitly broken here.

Hi yeye1977,
Because of the environment the Dev Alpha is pointing to, it will take much longer for the application (new version) to appear.
Wea apologize for the confusion.

Hi rearty,
thanks for jumping in.
I'm not sure I understand. My app is not intended to run on the dev alpha but on actual Playbook devices (with OS 2.0 and 2.1)

Ahh, I see.
In that case, you'll want to change the Supported Devices on your two newest Releases. Currently they only support the Dev Alpha.
-click Manage Products
-click the eye (view) under the Releases column of the app to be changed
-click the pen (edit) next to the Release containing the bundle to be edited
-click on the 'Add Release Version' tab
-click the pen (edit) under the Device Support column for the bundle you wish to edit

Ok that did the trick ! My mistake I read "all devices" but it was only for the category "other" and not "all playbook".
Thanks for your help.
