I sent an update for my app (tooldeTaks Tablet) last week. The app was approved 5 days ago and the right version (1.3.1) shows up on the website (http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/104389/?lang=en) but the app isn't available on the app world app on devices. I already opened a support ticket two days ago through the app world vendor support page (https://www.blackberry.com/profile/?eventId=8109) but didn't receive any news since. What's the best way to get support in this case?
Did you select any regional and language restrictions? Some times in can take a few days for an update to get pushed to all the clients. Did you try to refresh your app world client to see if that did the trick?
No language restriction. Free upgrade, all devices with QNX 2.0.0 selected. I tried to refresh several time. Also I use a server to track the version number of my app and none of my user updated the app so fare.
I see version 1.1 on my PlayBook when I search after the app name.

In that case, you'll want to change the Supported Devices on your two newest Releases. Currently they only support the Dev Alpha.
-click Manage Products -click the eye (view) under the Releases column of the app to be changed -click the pen (edit) next to the Release containing the bundle to be edited -click on the 'Add Release Version' tab -click the pen (edit) under the Device Support column for the bundle you wish to edit
