How long is it supposed to take to get an answer when asking a question through the AppWorld support email form?

I asked a simple question and I've been waiting for several days already to get an answer. I just re-sent the question.

 

Any thoughts?

I sent them a message over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing either.
