Sometimes it is 2-4 days, sometimes more than 2 weeks.
Last week during the Port-a-thon action they received a 4000 new applications, so maybe there is a backlog.
If it takes more than 2-3 weeks you may try to email them, but it is not something unusual.

Thanks for your reply but nobody from RIM can help me ? I submitted my app 2 weeks ago and received no answers. So, please help us... This app is the first published on appworld by my company and is really important.
